Manthan began when we noticed our elders’ lives becoming quieter and more reserved as they aged. We realized they don’t just need to fill time; they deserve joy, mental stimulation, and a sense of purpose. This magazine was created to offer stories that inspire reflection, revisit cherished memories, and provide gentle challenges that keep the mind active and engaged. Whether through reading, learning, or sharing their own thoughts, we want to remind our circle that life after sixty is a vibrant chapter of expression. Our goal is simple: to help every senior feel connected and inspired.

The Porch at Manthan is a small platform with a big hope: to create work that cares for people over sixty. It is a space for projects, conversations and collaborations that honor this stage of life.
