What the Porch at Manthan is
The Porch at Manthan is a small platform with a big hope: to create work that cares for our elderly community. It is a space for projects, conversations, and collaborations that honor this stage of life. Over time, The Porch at Manthan will hold many different initiatives for seniors and those who want to walk alongside them.
Manthan Digest is the first of these initiatives to come to life.
Our Ethos
Our work is guided by a simple ethos: move slowly, listen deeply, and create with intention. Every passion project under The Porch at Manthan is shaped by the hope of giving elderly Indian diaspora space and purpose. These projects unfold in their own time and often emerge from partnerships with like‑hearted collaborators.

You are welcome to bring your ideas, your questions, and the tiny project beginnings you’ve been carrying. Some may grow into gatherings or creative work. Some may simply stay as meaningful conversations.
We move at an easy pace, giving every idea the time it needs and letting collaborations appear when they are ready.
